About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our Amazon Fresh team in Continental Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing pricing and promotion strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and execute end-to-end analysis including scoping, design, data collection, data analysis, creation of recommendations, and presentation of results to senior leadership.
  • Define pricing, promotion, and fees strategy for Continental Europe, taking into account market trends, customer behavior, and business objectives.
  • Develop narrative to gain support for your strategy and influence peers and senior leadership, using data-driven insights and business acumen.
  • Employ data mining, segmentation, and other analytical techniques to capture important trends and create relevant measurement dashboards.
  • Drive improvement in customer price perception by analyzing customer feedback, market research, and sales data.
  • Work with various stakeholders to understand drivers, goals, and actionable outcomes using analytics, and define product requirements.
  • Lead end-to-end complex cross-functional projects to improve value perception and drive business results.
About the Team

You will be part of the Amazon Fresh Product Management team, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute pricing and promotion strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM or economics with a strong foundation in data analysis, statistics, and business principles.
  • Fluency in standard software including Excel, SQL, and Python (desirable).
  • Robust analytical and modeling skills with experience in handling large, complex data sets.
  • Significant product management experience with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive business results.
  • Fluent English skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
