Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled professional to engage in the development and execution of innovative conjugation methodologies aimed at improving Antibody-Drug Conjugate (ADC) characteristics. This role requires a hands-on approach to design, independently conduct, and analyze various biophysical, biochemical, and bioanalytical experiments that support drug discovery and enhancement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-throughput Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) binding assays and other biophysical tests to explore protein-protein interactions, utilizing techniques such as BLI, AlphaScreen, ELISA, MST, and FRET.
- Conduct analytical evaluations of antibodies and bioconjugates through methods including HPLC, FPLC, SEC, and ion-exchange/affinity chromatography, alongside protein analysis techniques like SDS-PAGE, Western blotting, and ELISA.
- Collaborate proactively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects that meet expectations.
- Participate in scientific meetings and stay updated with the latest scientific literature.
- Manage relationships with Contract Research Organizations (CROs) and vendors.
- Uphold the company's policies and maintain scientific integrity in all tasks.

Qualifications
- Professional Category: Official
- Required Education: PhD
- Additional Training: Experience in designing, generating, and characterizing protein bioconjugates such as ADCs; strong background in biochemistry techniques including protein quantification, purification, and biophysical/biochemical quality control assays.
- Experience Duration: 1-3 years
- Computer Skills: Familiarity with analytical tools such as Biacore, SEC, SEC-MALS, and mass spectrometry-based methods.
- Other Specific Requirements: Knowledge of binding kinetics, thermodynamics, target occupancy, and interaction modes of various antibody formats.
