Job Overview
- Develop and implement innovative conjugation methodologies to improve antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) characteristics.
- Engage in a hands-on capacity to design, execute independently, and analyze biophysical, biochemical, and bioanalytical experiments that support drug discovery and enhancement initiatives.
- Conduct high-throughput surface plasmon resonance (SPR) binding assays, along with other biophysical evaluations to explore protein-protein interactions, including biolayer interferometry (BLI), AlphaScreen, ELISA, microscale thermophoresis (MST), and fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET).
- Perform analytical assessments of antibodies and bioconjugates utilizing techniques such as HPLC, FPLC, size-exclusion chromatography (SEC), and ion-exchange/affinity chromatography, as well as protein analysis methods like SDS-PAGE, Western blotting, and ELISA.
- Collaborate proactively with various teams within the organization to ensure timely completion of tasks in alignment with expectations.
- Participate in scientific discussions and meetings within the company.
- Stay informed about relevant scientific advancements and literature.
- Manage contract research organizations (CROs) and external vendors.
- Adhere to the company's policies and uphold scientific integrity.

Requirements
- Professional Category: Officer
- Required Educational Background: PhD
- Additional Training: Experience in designing, generating, and characterizing protein bioconjugates such as ADCs.
Proven expertise in biochemistry techniques, including protein quantification, purification, and biophysical/biochemical quality control assays. - Experience Duration: 1-3 years
- Computer Skills: Familiarity with analytical tools including Biacore, SEC, SEC-MALS, and mass spectrometry-based methods.
- Other Specific Requirements: Understanding of binding kinetics, thermodynamics, target occupancy, and interaction modes of various antibody formats.
