We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Officer to join our team at Avansel Selección, a leading company in the online industry. As a Human Resources Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of human resources initiatives and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Human Resources team to design and execute comprehensive onboarding strategies.
  • Develop and implement training programs for employee growth and development.
  • Participate in performance management procedures to enhance productivity and employee engagement.
  • Provide localized advice on policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance and equal opportunity data.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Labour Relations, Psychology, or similar, with a specialization in HR.
  • Demonstrable experience of at least 2 years as a Human Resources Manager.
  • High level of English and Spanish language proficiency.
  • Residence in Melilla.

Valuable Requirements:

  • Knowledge of HRMS systems and software.
