**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Engineering Sourcing team in EMEA. This role goes beyond simple talent sourcing; you will be a key member delivering and advocating the transformation of our sourcing function. In addition, you will coach and mentor teams, drive the adoption of best practices, and build and engage key stakeholder relationships.

**Responsibilities**

  • Leading sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.
  • Collaborating with business leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop effective sourcing plans.
  • Continually improving, driving, and advocating for the adoption of best practices in sourcing and recruitment.
  • Mentoring and coaching a team of sourcers to achieve sourcing goals.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Utilizing various sourcing tools and techniques to identify potential candidates.
  • Deep analysis and reporting on sourcing metrics to continuously improve processes.
  • Drive a multi-channel sourcing approach, which includes direct sourcing, referrals, talent pooling, and recruitment marketing leveraging multiple tools and approaches to drive success.

**Qualifications**

  • Extensive talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to the role.
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field AND talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to the role.
