We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Engineering Sourcing team in EMEA. This role goes beyond simple talent acquisition; you will be a key member delivering and advocating the transformation of our sourcing function. In addition, you will coach and mentor teams, drive the adoption of best practices, and build and engage key stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Sourcing Strategies: Lead the development and implementation of sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent in the industry.
- Collaborate with Business Leaders: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop effective sourcing plans to meet those needs.
- Drive Adoption of Best Practices: Continually improve, drive, and advocate for the adoption of best practices in sourcing and recruitment to ensure the highest level of talent acquisition.
- Mentor and Coach Sourcing Teams: Mentor and coach a team of sourcers to achieve sourcing goals and develop their skills in talent acquisition.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders to ensure a positive experience and increase the chances of successful talent acquisition.
- Utilize Sourcing Tools and Techniques: Utilize various sourcing tools and techniques to identify potential candidates and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in talent acquisition.
- Analyze and Report Sourcing Metrics: Deep analysis and reporting on sourcing metrics to continuously improve processes and ensure the highest level of talent acquisition.
- Drive Multi-Channel Sourcing Approach: Drive a multi-channel sourcing approach, which includes direct sourcing, referrals, talent pooling, and recruitment marketing leveraging multiple tools and approaches to drive success.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Extensive Talent Acquisition Experience: Extensive talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to the role.
- Strong Operational and Project Management Skills: Strong operational, project management, and resource planning capabilities.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Expert-Level Understanding of Sourcing Tools and Techniques: Demonstrating expert-level understanding in using sourcing tools and techniques.
- Highly Proficient in Data Analysis and Problem-Solving: Highly proficient in data analysis and problem-solving to drive continuous improvement in talent acquisition.
