About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Organisational Change Management Architect to join our team at Microsoft. As a key member of our Adoption, Change and Service Management practice, you will play a critical role in managing and governing strategic change in large public and private sector organisations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understanding Customer/Partner Technical Environment: Gather insights from stakeholders and business sponsors to shape project definitions and execution. Identify industry trends and adapt business models, plans, and solutions accordingly.
  • Works with Customer/Partner Stakeholders: Socialise business solutions and project approaches with stakeholders to determine if changes are needed. Share feedback with the project team and account team to make necessary adjustments.
  • Architecture Design and Deployment: Leverage structured approaches to architecture projects using existing methodologies. Propose and develop new solutions to scale across multiple customers/partners.
  • Defines and Documents the Architecture: Communicate the value proposition of business solutions through architecture description documents, architecture decisions logs, and requirements/constraints traceability matrices.
  • Collaborates with Project Manager: Jointly drive project/technical governance of design, build, and deployment into use of proof of concepts and pilots.
  • Works with Business Sponsor and Customer/Partner Stakeholders: Gather and ratify requirements and constraints. Manage and resolve complex ambiguity in requirements and constraints.
  • Collaborates with Account Team and/or Bid Team: Understand business solutions/problems and drive agreement based on customer priorities, requirements/constraints, approach, principles, concepts, and expectations.
  • Leads the Adoption of Microsoft Solutions: Differentiates Microsoft's solutions in customer/partner conversations to influence industry-wide direction for specific architecture(s).
  • Thought Leadership: Leads virtual teams around technologies and customer/partner challenges by sharing ideas, insight, and strategic, technical input with technical teams, internal communities, and the larger virtual team across Microsoft.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field AND experience in organisational change solutions, practice development, consulting, and/or technology domain.
  • OR master's degree in Human Psychology, Organisational Design or Change Management AND experience in organisational change solutions, practice development, consulting, and/or technology domain.
  • OR equivalent experience.
  • Managing complex organisational change projects or portfolios.
  • Experience leading blended, multidisciplinary teams with a focus on organisational change.
