About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Category Manager to join our team at Radisson Hotel Group. As a Category Manager, you will be responsible for implementing effective sourcing strategies for IT and Digital categories, managing supplier performance, and defining the Global Category Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for IT and Digital categories, focusing on digital solutions, software, consultants, and SAAS.
- Manage supplier performance, ensuring cost savings while maintaining and improving quality.
- Define and execute the Global Category Strategy, ensuring total cost of ownership.
- Build and maintain a global supplier base, including contracting, negotiations, relationship building, risk management, and supplier performance.
- Secure global KPIs performance and procurement policy implementation.
- Provide continuous support to IT teams, increasing compliance.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and SLAs with suppliers to ensure optimum costs and reliable supply.
