Contract Type: Indefinite, Full-time

Shift Details

Daily: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Salary

€20,000 annually + €3,000 in benefits

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative Specialist to join our client team in Valencia. As a German-speaking Sales Representative, you will be responsible for achieving sales quotas and targets, focusing on acquiring new customers and reactivating lapsed ones.

Responsibilities
  1. Achieve sales quotas and targets.
  2. Focus on acquiring new customers and reactivating lapsed ones.
  3. Build and follow sales cadences to prospect and engage new clients.
  4. Identify and qualify prospects in targeted companies.
  5. Make outbound calls to generate new business and schedule meetings.
  6. Use advanced sales skills to establish contact, profile, cross-sell, up-sell, and close deals over the phone.
  7. Create a continuous sales funnel and manage sales pipeline activities.
  8. Review client satisfaction levels and escalate issues as necessary.
  9. Communicate client feedback to relevant parties for follow-up.
  10. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests.
  11. Prepare commercial and technical service proposals, ensuring soundness.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Advanced proficiency in English and German; Swiss German is an advantage, French is a bonus.
  • Strong communication skills and a solid sales background, particularly in outbound environments.
  • Achievement and goal-oriented.
  • Good computer skills.
  • At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales.
  • Experience working with channels is a plus.
  • Motivated and a self-starter.
  • Adhere to company security rules.
