Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary Director of Programme Management to join our team and drive the strategic growth of our company alongside our Chief Product Officer (CPO).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Programme Management Function
    • Oversee the successful delivery of our IC development programme, ensuring seamless coordination across all aspects of the programme, from initial planning to final execution.
  • Develop and Maintain a Comprehensive Programme Roadmap
    • Ensure alignment with strategic objectives and milestones, driving cross-functional teams to achieve project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Establish Clear Project Goals and Timelines
    • Drive cross-functional teams to achieve project goals, timelines, and deliverables, identifying potential risks and challenges, and implementing proactive mitigation strategies to minimise impact on project outcomes.
  • Foster a Culture of Collaboration and Accountability
    • Empower team members to excel in their respective roles, providing regular progress updates to senior leadership, offering insights and recommendations to optimise programme performance.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated Success in Leading Complex, Cross-Functional Projects
    • Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects from inception to completion, with a strong understanding of IC development processes and methodologies.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, driving innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strategic Thinker with a Proactive Mindset
    • Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset, capable of driving innovation and continuous improvement initiatives, with fluency in English; additional languages, especially Spanish, is a plus.

This position can offer remote work; however, you will need to have a permanent residence in Spain.
