Viatris empowers people worldwide to live healthier at every stage of life. As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and market strategy for our Tail and Hospital business in Spain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute a plan to maintain and grow sales in Tail business & Hospital Business
  • Analyze the portfolio and market to understand source of business and adapt strategy: benefits, prescribers, competitors, price...
  • Define and implement Tail & hospital generics strategy in Spain
  • Definition and tracking of performance KPIs in Spain
  • Coordinate with local stakeholders to leverage opportunities with the Tail & Hospital business
  • Define Premium Tail brands, Mature Tail products & Core/ promoted Hospital products
  • Have a close coordination with Pharmacy SF, Primary Care and Specialty Care to create synergies
  • Review and update accordingly the forecast
  • Manage A&P
  • Define and execute a plan for Premium Tail products
  • Create all the assets for the execution of the plan: ViatrisConnect, banners, brand highlight videos, newsletters, etc.
  • Define and track the specific KPIs for the digital plan in place
  • Closed coordination with Global Tail Business team & Hospital Global team to leverage the opportunities
  • Find new ways to promote Tail products: understand best practice from other countries
Requirements
  • Digital native with strong digital skills
  • Scientific background to filter relevant information for prescribers
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Skilled with key tools: PowerBI, MS Office (Word, Excel and power point)
  • Strong relations with Global Team and partners
  • Strong relations with internal marketing and digital team
  • Strong communication skills (for internal and external contacts)
  • Marketing Budget control
  • KPI and activities tracking
