Technical Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our Technical Support Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and Field Service Engineers, ensuring the smooth installation and maintenance of diagnostic instrumentation and systems in hospitals and laboratory environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and build knowledge to understand the industry, the company, the products, tools, and the team.
- Complete troubleshooting, installation, validation, preventative maintenance, modifications, and repairs on Beckman Coulter equipment.
- Support laboratory systems in the field of clinical and research diagnostics.
- Partner with customers on technical issues and maximize instrument usage.
- Develop project management skills in the context of installation projects.
- Provide excellent and efficient support to Beckman Coulter's customers and Field Service Engineers, along with technical training.
- Maintain customer support logs and internal records in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- University degree (Technical, Biotechnology, Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, or related) and 3 years' experience in IVD.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Interpersonal relationship and problem-solving skills.
