Job Title: Emissions Certification Engineer

At Applus IDIADA, we are seeking a highly skilled Emissions Certification Engineer to join our Homologation team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the certification of vehicles related to powertrain requirements, including exhaust emissions, fuel consumption, and engine power.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Witness official approval tests at the manufacturer's laboratory according to Idiada's procedures.
  • Prepare related approval dossiers and manage the delivery of official approval certificates granted by the Approval Authorities of Spain.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Leader of the Homologation team to ensure compliance with regulations on emissions and fuel economy.

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of emission regulations for passenger cars and approval of vehicles in general.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in powertrain development and/or testing.
  • Excellent planning and collaboration skills.
