Job Overview

As a R&D Powertrain Engineer at Applus IDIADA, you will play a key role in projects related to the measurement of particles from non-exhaust sources, primarily focusing on brake and tire emissions. Your responsibilities will include supporting project managers, scheduling and organizing testing projects, and ensuring the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support project managers in projects related to non-exhaust particle measurements.
  • Schedule and organize testing projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring all aspects are completed to the highest standard.
  • Prepare quotations for customers and develop tenders or proposals for European projects.
  • Validate results, report on project progress, and present findings to customers.
  • Follow up and control project activities, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
  • Review technical requirements and organize activities for technicians and mechanics.
Requirements
  • Experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on particle testing measurements.
  • Previous experience in project management and instrumentation equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of non-exhaust particle testing regulations and R&D projects.
  • Fluent English language skills, with German and French being valuable.
  • Education in a relevant field, such as mechanical or electronic engineering.
