About the Role

Omnicell, Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our European sales efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base in Europe.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the European healthcare market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activity to ensure Omnicell remains a leader in the market.
Requirements
