About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Finance Associate to join our team in Wholesale Banking. As a key member of our Corporate Finance Team, you will play a leading role in the origination and execution of advisory transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, refinancings, restructurings, and IPOs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies, including the creation of marketing materials, financial models, and presentations.
  • Lead deal execution, including financial analysis, modeling, valuation techniques, and transaction administration.
  • Assist in the drafting of transaction documentation and process documents for internal project approvals.
  • Supervise post-closing internal administrative tasks and provide general support to the senior team.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in M&A or Debt Advisory, transaction advisory services, or similar advisory roles in Corporate Finance.
  • Advanced financial valuation and modeling skills, including DCF, LBO, and DDM.
  • Fluent in English, with other languages a plus.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
