We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Analytics Specialist to join our Global Reporting Solutions (GRS) team at Schindler Group.
As a Power BI Consultant, you will be responsible for building strong business process knowledge to create impactful reports for our Group and Country management.
You will work closely with the product owner and scrum master to organize your scrum team and gather requirements to design best-in-class Power BI reports.
Our ideal candidate is a people-minded technologist with a passion for analytics & reporting, comfortable with driving change, and a solid problem-solver.
Key Responsibilities- Advance Data Modelling Skills: Focus on consistency, simplification, and improving understanding.
- Long-term Planning: Develop a middle and long-term plan to meet overall project goals.
- Backlog Management: Manage the backlog of your scrum team by breaking down and prioritizing requirements.
- Align Vision: Align your vision with the Product Owner to make it happen.
- Lead Your Team: Define clear sprint goals and sprint backlog to lead your team.
- Demo and Test: Demo your new or enhanced reports to gather user feedback and test the results thoroughly with your team.
- Support Business Change: Support Business Change Managers on our Standard Reporting solutions adoption country wise.
- Experience: At least 4-5 years of experience in various BI projects with solid knowledge in one of the leading BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Einstein Analytics or Tableau).
- Education: Bachelor's degree or engineering.
- Skills: Full BI lifecycle experience (from requirement gathering to data collection up to the reporting), strong problem solver, and ability to translate business needs into impactful reports.
- Business Knowledge: Strong business knowledge of the Sales process related to Funnel management as well as Performance analysis.
- Communication: Proficiency in English and proactive communication effectively with all levels of staff and management.
