About the Role

We're seeking a Category Manager to join our growing Sales team. In this Director-level role, you'll support sales to drive sustainable growth, and help to increase demand for our products with our retail customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the go-to person for the EMEA sales business and collective retail partners.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, retailers, suppliers, and quality controllers, to achieve sales targets and expand product categories.
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to refine and commercialize different products, market fit, determine competitive pricing and promotional activities, and corresponding treatment processes.
  • Deliver against quotas, ensuring company goals and objectives are met.
  • Assume responsibility for budget development and revenue for the category and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual global sales revenue forecasting.
  • Analyze market data to understand how the sales strategies are performing and to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Sales experience as a Category Manager or similar role.
  • Deep category experience in produce, grocery, retail, or related industry.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentation skills at the C-suite level.
  • Experienced in data analytics and forecasting methods.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
What We Offer

We're looking for someone to join our team immediately. This remote position will report to the Chief Commercial Officer - EMEA, based in Spain or the UK. This position will require up to 30% travel to customer sites and retail locations domestically and internationally.
