**Job Purpose**

The Logistics Manager, Global Supply Chain Expert, will be responsible for driving initiatives aimed at achieving operational excellence within logistics and supply chain management. This role will focus on improving the quality, speed, and reliability of service while reducing costs. The manager will champion the adoption of Lean Six Sigma methodologies to optimize warehouse operations, emphasizing waste reduction and process standardization.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Drive initiatives aimed at improving quality, speed, and reliability of logistics and supply chain services.
  • Champion Lean Six Sigma methodologies to optimize warehouse operations, focusing on waste reduction and process standardization.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase service levels and reduce operational costs.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to build capabilities in operational excellence and continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators to measure and improve logistics and supply chain efficiency.
  • Address any performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct thorough analysis of existing supply chain processes and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Certified in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
