About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Logistics Manager at JTI. As a key member of our Logistics function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal supply of goods to our markets while minimizing costs.
Key Responsibilities
- Demand Planning: Develop and implement demand planning strategies to ensure accurate forecasting and purchasing of goods.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure alignment with shipment plans and market demand.
- Supply Chain Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize logistics processes and reduce delivery times.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Sales, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement process improvements to maximize value added to the business.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain/Logistics in a multinational environment.
- Skills: Advanced English language skills, proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with SAP S4/Hana and SAP IBP.
