About the Role:
PSA BDP is seeking a skilled Tender Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Tender Management team, you will be responsible for developing compelling content for RFI/RFP processes, working closely with subject-matter experts to craft market-ready documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain our content library, ensuring that all documents are up-to-date and compliant with company guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements and develop executive summaries, value propositions, and presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Produce high-quality documents that convey complex technical ideas in a clear and concise manner, adhering to our brand guidelines.
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of all content, taking corrective actions as needed.
- Engage with content experts and subject-matter experts to maintain a robust content base and ensure that all content is fully pre-approved.
Requirements:
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Graduate degree in a relevant field, such as English, Technical Writing, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Proficient in MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Acrobat Pro, and other relevant tools.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in technical writing, corporate communications, copywriting, narrative marketing, editing, or a related field.
- Previous experience working with cross-functional teams, multicultural environments, and project-based work is highly desirable.
- Mastery of an additional language is a plus.
