About the Role

The current evolution of payload technology and the deployment of constellations to provide global internet access, together with the integration of satellite and terrestrial infrastructures for 5G and IoT, require ground-based software systems to efficiently manage payload configuration and maximise transmission capacity. In this context, GMV embarks on the development of cutting-edge and reference solutions.

Key Responsibilities

You will participate in international projects integrated in our development teams working with agile SCRUM methodology. You will be responsible for defining system-level solutions in the context of satellite communications, analysing customer needs and providing innovative solutions.

Requirements
  • Programming languages for web technologies (e.g. Angular, Vue, React, Javascript). Other languages such as Java or C++ will be an asset.
  • Software Engineering/Architecture
  • Linux, Virtualisation, Microservices, Databases or Cloud concepts
  • Experience in development environments, methodologies and good programming practices
  • Good level of English (minimum B2)
