About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at PUMA. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a high-performing sales team, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a positive store environment.
  2. Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, increase revenue, and improve profitability.
  3. Customer Service and Experience: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, and that their needs are met through effective communication, product knowledge, and a positive attitude.
  4. Operational Excellence: Maintain a high level of operational efficiency, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  5. Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching and feedback, and develop action plans to improve team performance.
Requirements
  1. Leadership Experience: 2-4 years of management experience in a retail environment, preferably in a leadership role.
  2. Sales and Revenue Management: Proven track record of driving sales growth, managing payroll and expenses, and improving profitability.
  3. Team Development: Ability to identify, train, and retain top talent, and to develop a high-performing sales team.
  4. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and other stakeholders.
  5. Operational and Analytical Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical skills to manage complex tasks and make informed decisions.
