Project Manager Opportunity at Norgine

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Norgine on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in planning, managing, and delivering projects to time, quality, and budget targets, while ensuring compliance with Norgine's governance processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
  • Lead project teams in the delivery of project objectives and scope, using Norgine's project management methodologies.
  • Ensure that project execution is consistent across workstreams, using tools and documentation standards effectively.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues, escalating them as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, including Agile and Waterfall.
