Job Title: Cosmetic Technical Director

Job Summary:

Sin Nombre is seeking a highly experienced Cosmetic Technical Director to lead our Regulatory, Quality, and Sustainability departments. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with national and international regulations regarding the manufacture and marketing of perfumery and cosmetics products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance systems to ensure the highest quality standards of our products and raw materials.
  • Manage regulatory affairs, including the registration of products with competent authorities and ensuring compliance with national and international regulations.
  • Lead the development of new products and formulations, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and are safe for consumers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion into new markets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in a technical director role, with a strong background in regulatory affairs and quality management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive results-oriented teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
  • Fluency in English (C2 level) and proficiency in other languages is a plus.
