**Job Summary**

Flying Bark Productions is a leading independent producer of family-focused animated content, and we're seeking an experienced Pipeline Technical Director to join our team in Madrid, Spain.

**About the Role**

We're looking for a highly skilled Pipeline Technical Director who can collaborate with our Pipeline team to design, implement, and maintain tools and systems that support our production teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production environments, with experience in Autodesk Shotgrid (now known as Autodesk Flow) Toolkit and API, Python, and/or API/programming experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop tools, procedures, and interfaces to optimize our internal Flying Bark pipeline
  • Ensure company and pipeline conventions and processes are followed throughout productions
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of studio-wide pipeline solutions
  • Provide consistent technical support to different Flying Bark departments
  • Continually supply information to the Pipeline Lead/Supervisor, IT, and production teams to facilitate communication and expectations
  • Attend pipeline project meetings and internal pipeline meetings to gather department technical requirements, issues, and priorities
  • Assist with training and documentation of department tools and pipeline procedures

**Requirements**

  • 3+ years of experience in a production environment
  • Knowledge of Autodesk Shotgrid (now known as Autodesk Flow) Toolkit and API
  • Python and/or API/programming experience
  • Good knowledge of git workflows or any other code version control system
  • Understanding of structures of Asset Management Systems
  • Ability to learn quickly and comprehend custom in-house production tools
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work successfully in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate technical issues to the Production team in a clear manner
  • Fluent in English and/or Spanish language, both written and verbal
  • Availability to travel at the beginning of the contract for training in our Australian office
