Commercial Director for Renewable Energy

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Direct Sales to lead our sales department and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our commercial strategy, managing our sales team, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
Key Responsibilities- Develop Sales Objectives: Define and set realistic, measurable, and achievable sales targets.
- Design Commercial Strategy: Develop a global commercial strategy aligned with our sales and business objectives.
- Lead Sales Team: Supervise and manage the performance of our sales team, including FAEs, AEs, and SDRs.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competition, and opportunities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Business Development: Develop new markets and business opportunities, and work with our team to identify and pursue new developments.
- Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with partners, customers, and suppliers to ensure mutual benefits.
- Strategic Alliances: Propose strategic alliances with other companies or organizations to support our business objectives.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze the results of our strategy and identify areas for improvement.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate with other departments, such as Marketing, Customer Success, and Proposals.
- Leadership Experience: At least 5 years of experience leading sales teams in the renewable energy industry.
- Industry Expertise: Experience working in SCADA and control center sales, as well as SaaS products within the sector.
- Global Market Experience: Experience in opening new customers and markets at a global level.
- Language Skills: High level of English proficiency.
- Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Flexible Working Hours: Flexible working hours at the start and end of the working day.
- Remote Working: Remote working availability.
- Holidays: 22 working days + 24th and 31st December (when during the working week).
- Summer Working Hours: From 8.00 to 15.00 every day (from 15th June to 15th September).
