Job Description

Grupo Arestora, a leading company in the energy sector, is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Director for Renewable Energy to join our team in Alcalá la Real, Jaén. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business development in Andalusia and contributing to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement a comprehensive Commercial Strategy in collaboration with the General Management team.
  • Develop and execute sales plans, including Routes/Zones, Incentives, and Price policies.
  • Manage and optimize the assigned Budget and develop an Expansion policy.
  • Lead and motivate an 8-member Commercial Team to achieve sales targets.
  • Supervise and act directly on key Clients and negotiate and follow up on major Contracts.
  • Analyze and understand the Market and Competence to increase market share and company Positioning.
  • Monitor and follow up on Projects.
Requirements:
  • Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in General Management positions, preferably in the Renewable Energy sector.
  • Experience in Commercial Team Management.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Flexibility in working hours.
  • Residence in the vicinity of Alcalá la Real (Jaén) or possibility of relocation.
