About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineering Director to join our team at IQVIA. As a Sales Engineering Director, you will be responsible for leading the acquisition of new, high-profile clients and focusing on winning large deals for meeting total contract value and revenue objectives of the practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct sales and GTM related solutioning and customer engagement activities for the portfolio of IHP solutions and products, with emphasis on non-profit, government, provider, and health system programs.
  • Directs pre-sales GTM and Sales activities for the solutioning of one or more IHP solutions from a customer engagement and proposal perspective.
  • Supports GTM strategy and customer/account planning on an annual basis.
  • Works with marketing and product managers to evaluate market fit and inform road-maps and investment priorities.
  • Provides product/solution feasibility assessments as part of sales efforts and activities around specific opportunities.
  • Supports development of new marketing and GTM content and messaging as well as Thought Leadership.
  • Provides consultation to perspective users and/or product capability assessment and validation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of related experience or 5+ years of field sales engineering experience or consulting experience in healthcare.
  • Knowledge of healthcare data and research approaches and knowledge of health systems, government, non-profit industries in healthcare.
