Join Board as a Strategic Leader in Finance Systems

Are you a visionary professional seeking a pivotal role in a dynamic and collaborative setting? Board invites you to consider the position of Head of Finance Systems within our IT division. This role is crucial for steering the strategic direction of our essential applications, including Finance, HR, and Legal, while leading the Oracle NetSuite ERP support teams and collaborating with senior business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Governance:

  • Drive strategic projects and oversee functional governance for key applications.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
  • Manage supplier partnerships to ensure optimal operational efficiency.

Technical & Environmental Management:

  • Supervise technical operations, security protocols, authorizations, and change management processes.
  • Guarantee system availability, security, and performance to fulfill service expectations.

Application Support & Development:

  • Deliver superior support and governance for application solutions.
  • Lead development and support teams, coordinating with both internal and external service providers.

Vendor & Supplier Management:

  • Engage with third-party service providers to ensure timely service delivery and enhancements.

Team Leadership & Mentoring:

  • Establish a versatile team structure with the necessary expertise.
  • Guide and mentor team members, promoting a culture of collaboration.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure systems adhere to legal and audit standards.
  • Implement measures for system continuity and recovery in the event of incidents.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring:

  • Create regular reports to track service performance against targets.
  • Champion the roadmaps for improvement projects.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-centric.
  • Extensive experience with Oracle NetSuite.
  • Significant background in IT applications and support management.
  • Experience with Coupa or similar P2P solutions is a plus.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing, geographically dispersed teams.
  • Strong stakeholder and vendor management capabilities.
