Board Deutschland GmbH is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Finance Systems to join our IT team. As a key member of our organization, you will provide strategic leadership for core applications, including finance, HR, and legal systems, and lead Oracle NetSuite ERP support teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership & Governance:
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives for core applications, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to ensure effective governance and decision-making.
- Manage supplier services to optimize operations and drive efficiency.
- Technical & Environmental Management:
- Oversee technical management, security, authorizations, and change/release management for core applications.
- Ensure system availability, security, and performance meet service levels.
- Application Support & Development:
- Provide high-quality support and governance for application solutions.
- Lead development and support teams, managing internal and 3rd party providers.
- Vendor & Supplier Management:
- Interface with 3rd party service providers to ensure timely delivery of services and enhancements.
- Team Leadership & Mentoring:
- Establish a flexible team structure with appropriate skills and expertise.
- Mentor and guide the team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
- Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure systems meet legal and audit requirements.
- Maintain measures for system continuity and recovery in case of incidents.
- Reporting & Performance Monitoring:
- Develop regular reports against service targets.
- Champion improvement project roadmaps and drive business outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Strong Oracle NetSuite experience.
- Significant IT applications and support management experience.
- Coupa or other P2P solution experience is an advantage.
- Proven ability to lead high-performance and geographically dispersed teams.
- Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.
