Join Our Team as a Head of Finance

At Hublo, we're revolutionizing the healthcare sector with cutting-edge technology. As a key player in our finance team, you'll play a vital role in shaping our financial strategy and ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day financial activities.

We're looking for a seasoned finance professional with a strong background in accounting, financial planning, and analysis. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving our growth and achieving our mission to improve the healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee monthly and annual closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax obligations.
  • Lead and optimize our Invoicing & Admin, Accounting, and FP&A functions, fostering close collaboration with internal teams.
  • Develop budget forecasts, analyze variances, and provide recommendations to optimize financial performance.
  • Monitor cash flow, optimize working capital requirements, and provide support on fundraising.
  • Propose and implement actions to improve financial tools and procedures for greater operational efficiency.
  • Lead, mentor, and upskill the teams responsible for accounting, billing, and financial control.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to the CFO and executive management.
What We're Looking For:
  • A Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business.
  • 6 years of experience in a financial operational role with management responsibilities, preferably in a scale-up or fast-growing company.
  • Strong expertise in accounting, billing/order-to-cash, and FP&A.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, growing environment.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on collaboration and efficiency.
  • Familiarity with financial tools such as Hubspot, Chargebee, Upflow, Odoo, and Spendesk.
  • Professional proficiency in English is mandatory.
