IT Problem Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Problem Manager to join our dynamic team at Amaris Consulting. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for identifying and analyzing problems within our IT services and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Problem Identification and Analysis: Utilize your technical expertise to identify and analyze problems within our IT services and infrastructure.
- Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough root cause analysis to determine the underlying causes of problems and develop effective solutions.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with technical teams to implement and document problem resolutions, and gather feedback from stakeholders to improve ITSM processes and reduce future incidents.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with technical teams, stakeholders, and management to ensure seamless problem resolution and process improvement.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency with ITIL frameworks and related ITSM software, as well as experience with incident and problem management processes.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Technical ITSM Problem Manager or in similar roles.
