About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Problem Manager to join our team. As an IT Problem Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and analyzing problems within our IT services and infrastructure. You will assess the impact and urgency of issues, plan and manage problem resolution processes, and collaborate with technical teams to implement and document solutions.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Technical ITSM Problem Manager or in similar roles.
- Proficiency with ITIL frameworks and related ITSM software.
- Experience with incident and problem management processes.
- Experience with root cause analysis.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
