About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AWS Cloud Practitioner Trainer to join our team at Skillsoft. As a Trainer, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality education to our customers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the cloud computing industry.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Training Delivery: Deliver training courses as specified by the course vendor and in consultation with designated scheduling manager, ensuring that all training sessions meet the required quality standards.
  2. Vendor Requirements: Adhere to vendor-specific requirements, including obtaining and renewing certificates, following required examination and invigilation guidelines, and staying up-to-date with industry and vendor technology, exam, and certification guidelines.
  3. Customer Support: Provide sales support in the form of qualified leads and customer visits, and respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the designated scheduling manager to ensure that trainer utilization meets or exceeds company requirements, and collaborate with operational team members to establish and maintain positive relationships and communication channels.
  5. Continuous Improvement: Pursue agreed development plans, ensure preparation time and team assessments are utilized to achieve these plans, and attain the required standards in transfer of technical skills and delivery techniques.
Requirements

Essential: Exam passes in AWS Cloud Practitioner Essentials, Architecting on AWS Class, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Desirable: Vendor certifications with significant experience in a similar role.
