- Provide support to development and commercial teams, addressing technical questions and issues as needed.
- 3+ years of experience in product management, specifically with technical products and APIs.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong technical background with a solid understanding of API design and implementation.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello) and API testing tools (e.g., Swagger, Postman).
