Technical Product Manager

About the Role:
As a Technical Product Manager in StreamOne, you will be responsible for setting the technical vision and direction of a team, managing the roadmap and technical team sprint planning, reporting out on the business results to the senior leadership, and working across regional and cross-organizational stakeholders to support sustained growth rate and enable rapid innovation in the programs. This position involves regular communication with senior management on status, risks, and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize regional stakeholders, including customer-business-IT engagement and executive steering committee
Identify opportunities through industry research and competitive analysis
Build product strategy and roadmap, including 3-year strategy, 4-quarter roadmap, and 3-month backlog
Develop business case ROI and establish and measure KPIs, including revenue, margin, orders, CSAT, NPS, customer visits, and accounts
Define product features, including personas, customer journey maps, customer flow diagrams, and user stories
Assist business rollout, including business training and sales support
Requirements:
6+ years of relevant work experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems field of study required
Experience in managing technical products (API-driven) and knowledge and understanding of API Marketplaces
