About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team. As a Technical Liaison, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between internal teams and external payment providers.

Key responsibilities include analyzing and understanding APIs from payment providers, developing technical integration requirements, and ensuring the smooth integration and ongoing support of payment solutions.

You will also be responsible for enhancing API documentation, simplifying integration processes, and improving technical workflows.

Collaboration with the tech team is crucial to communicate product requirements and ensure timely delivery.

Additionally, you will perform transactional tests using Postman to validate server communication and integration success.

As a Product Manager, you will continuously explore ways to improve payment products by staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and market trends.

About You
  • Languages: High proficiency in English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in technical product management in FinTech or payment technologies.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Basic knowledge of software development.
    • Understanding of REST APIs and database systems (SQL/NoSQL).
    • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana, and Postman.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong communication skills, able to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
    • Analytical thinker with the ability to solve complex technical challenges.
    • Customer-focused approach to product development.
