Technical Product Manager

About the Role
As a Technical Product Manager in StreamOne, you will be responsible for setting the technical vision and direction of a team, managing the roadmap and technical team sprint planning, and reporting out on the business results to senior leadership. This position involves regular communication with senior management on status, risks, and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize regional stakeholders, including customer-business-IT engagement and executive steering committees.
- Identify opportunities through industry research and competitive analysis.
- Build product strategy and roadmap, including a 3-year strategy, 4-quarter roadmap, and 3-month backlog.
- Develop business cases and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, margin, orders, customer satisfaction (CSAT), net promoter score (NPS), customer visits, and accounts.
- Define product features, including personas, customer journey maps, customer flow diagrams, and user stories.
- Assist in business rollout, including business training and sales support.
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems.
- Experience in managing technical products, including API-driven products.
- Knowledge and understanding of API marketplaces.
