Position: Junior Accounting Administrator

Role Overview: We are seeking a Junior Accounting Administrator to undertake the following responsibilities:
- Maintain daily and monthly financial records (including banks, suppliers, and customers).
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual tax obligations.
- Perform reconciliation and verification of balances for suppliers, customers, and banks.
- Generate and dispatch invoices to customers.
- Track outstanding payments and manage collections and disputes.
- Provide support to suppliers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

Candidate Profile:
We are looking for an individual with strong analytical abilities, a service-oriented mindset, and a passion for teamwork. Candidates should hold a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Management, or a related field, with prior experience in similar roles. Language Skills: Proficiency in Spanish and Catalan is essential, while knowledge of French is highly regarded. A genuine enthusiasm for art, culture, history, and cultural heritage is crucial.
