About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Manager to join our team at Brainboxgroup. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for launching, managing, and engaging our client's social media profiles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute and run the social media strategy to engage and build a strong online community.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to generate, schedule, and publish accurate and current content and editorial writing.
- Monitor social media trends and develop tailored strategies to expand our social media presence.
- Assist meetings with other teams to increase engagement and develop platform-forward content and activities.
- Respond to customers' comments and queries.
- Leverage PR and Marketing initiatives on the social media account, engage with local brands, and enhance local partnerships with strong and impactful content.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience as a Community Manager.
- Creative, self-disciplined, and passionate about what you do.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to create engaging copies.
- Proactive attitude, independent person, and highly organized.
- Knowledge of metrics, tools, and digital reports.
- Affinity for the startup, fitness, and technology ecosystem.
- Languages: English and German (native or bilingual).
