As a Program Lead for Chronic Care Workflows at Roche, you will play a critical role in facilitating collaboration across core product teams, cross-functional teams, regions, affiliates, and customers. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and support squads, ensuring they work effectively to drive business results and customer value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business outcomes and customer satisfaction by addressing functional needs, engaging in solutions and product collaborations, and aligning development activities with cross-functional evaluation and risk assessment.
- Proactively challenge functions on delivery and alternative courses of action, advance the work of RIS, and make tradeoffs and break silos.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure products are developed and commercially available in scope, time, and budget.
- Support the systematic commercial development of the product line, ensuring the squad has the right focus, objectives, and KPIs.
- Support and facilitate the prioritization of customer requirements across markets in collaboration with BPMs and Product Owners.
- Lead and support Squad efforts to ensure development efforts are on budget, scope, and time.
- Collaborate with other Project Leaders and Project Teams on total business solutions.
- Manage relationships and communication with functions and other LCTs.
- Accountable for all activities related to development, approval, launch, and commercialization handover to regions/countries.
- Drive team debate and decision around key issues that determine product quality, functionality, or schedule.
- Break down silos and improve working effectiveness as an 'integrator' across the organization.
- Enable the organization's New Ways of Working.
- Travel for key business critical initiatives and engagement, while ensuring travel costs and carbon footprint are optimized across the program.
About You:
- You will have a Project Management role or Program Lead/Program development background, preferably in the Digital or Technology space, with 5-10 years of experience.
- You will have good understanding of global product management, preferably in distributed and matrixed organizations.
- You will be able to inspire and motivate colleagues to make a big impact and deliver their best every day.
- You will have a clear view on your contribution to the desired outcome (commercial success).
- You will be leading by example, accountable for results, business-oriented, and value-creating.
- You will have facilitation experience across multiple disciplines, good stakeholder management, influencing/persuasion skills, entrepreneurial spirit/mindset, and customer orientation.
- You will be able to deal with ambiguity, navigate, manage, and lead change, with demonstrated ability to escalate handling.
- You will have exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to foster and build important relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- You will have demonstrated commercial capabilities either within a Roche affiliate or region or an external organization.
- You will have a desire and openness to learning and continuous improvement.
- You will be committed to the organization's new way of working through greater collaboration and breaking down of silos.
Locations:
You will be based in Sant Cugat, Spain (HIx). As this position is a global role, international business travel will be required depending upon the business location of the successful candidate and ongoing business project activities.
