About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving business growth and success for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective online advertising campaigns to drive business performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the Dutch online marketing landscape
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored marketing strategies
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies to drive innovation and growth

Requirements

  • Native proficiency in Dutch and fluent English
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in advertising and PPC campaigns
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in outbound sales (preferably B2B)
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Passion for marketing, technology, and online advertising

What We Offer

  • Full-time position (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday)
  • Permanent contract
  • Competitive salary: €23,876 to €30,000 gross/year
  • Attractive sales bonus package: up to €3,400 - €3,500 gross/year
