We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing online advertising campaigns for German companies, driving business growth and success.

About the Role

This is a full-time position (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday) with a permanent contract. You will be part of a dynamic and diverse team, working in a business casual setting. Our company offers a competitive salary (€23,876 to €30,000 gross/year), attractive sales bonus package (up to €3,400 - €3,500 gross/year), and a comprehensive relocation package.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement online advertising campaigns for German companies
  • Drive business growth and success through data-driven marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and project goals
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
Requirements
  • Native proficiency in German and fluent English
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Passion for marketing, technology, and online advertising
