Join Our Team as a Digital Marketing Specialist in Barcelona

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing online marketing campaigns for Dutch companies, driving business growth and improving customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement online marketing strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing campaigns
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing strategies and tactics
  • Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Dutch companies and internal teams
Requirements:
  • Native proficiency in Dutch and fluent English
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in advertising and PPC campaigns
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in outbound sales (preferably B2B)
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Passion for marketing, technology, and online advertising with a keen interest in learning and growth
What We Offer:
  • Full-time position (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday)
  • Permanent contract
  • Competitive salary: €23,876 to €30,000 gross/year
  • Attractive sales bonus package: up to €3,400 - €3,500 gross/year
