Director/a Creativo/a Influencer Marketing Madrid

Buscamos un profesional experimentado para liderar nuestro equipo de creación en influencer marketing en Madrid. Si eres un experto en dirección de arte y creación digital, con experiencia en agencias de primer nivel, estamos buscando a alguien como tú.

Responsabilidades

  • Supervisión de todo el trabajo entregado a clientes desde el punto de vista de la dirección artística.
  • Garantizar que se dispone de los recursos adecuados para entregar un trabajo de alta calidad en el momento oportuno.
  • Garantizar la finalización de todos los proyectos dentro de los plazos establecidos, gestionando al mismo tiempo plazos diferentes y simultáneos.
  • Garantizar que todos los recursos creados se ajustan a las instrucciones, las especificaciones y la marca.
  • Dirección del equipo responsable de elaborar presentaciones para clientes, documentos para presentaciones y otros documentos similares.
  • Garantizar que el equipo creativo crea contenidos teniendo en cuenta las especificidades del canal, una buena interfaz de usuario y la compatibilidad entre navegadores.
  • Comprender y coordinar todas las especificaciones técnicas proporcionadas por las agencias de medios (y asegurarse de que el equipo también las comprende).
  • Asegurarse de que todos los elementos, como archivos de referencia, activos de marca, fuentes, etc., han sido suministrados por el productor o el director antes de empezar a trabajar en un briefing.

Requisitos

  • Acreditada experiencia profesional en agencias de primer nivel. Preferiblemente proveniente de Agencia de Marketing de Influencia.
  • Trabajar el diseño y la dirección de arte desde una visión necesariamente digital y omnicanal.
  • Conocimientos de branding.
  • Conocimientos técnicos en producción gráfica, fotográfica y audiovisual.
  • Empatía para coordinar equipos y ser coordinado, facilitando el buen ambiente laboral.
  • Buscamos talento y presencialidad, aunque estamos abiertos a valorar fórmulas intermedias.
