Buscamos un/a Director/a Creativo/a Influencer Marketing para unirse a nuestro equipo en Fritz&Muller. En este rol, serás responsable de liderar la creación de contenido innovador y atractivo para nuestros clientes en el mercado de influencer marketing.

Responsabilidades

  1. Supervisión de la Creación de Contenido: Supervisarás el trabajo de la creación de contenido entregado a nuestros clientes desde el punto de vista de la dirección artística.
  2. Garantía de Calidad: Garantizarás que se dispone de los recursos adecuados para entregar un trabajo de alta calidad en el momento oportuno.
  3. Gestión de Proyectos: Garantizarás la finalización de todos los proyectos dentro de los plazos establecidos, gestionando al mismo tiempo plazos diferentes y simultáneos.
  4. Verificación de Recursos: Garantizarás que todos los recursos creados se ajustan a las instrucciones, las especificaciones y la marca.
  5. Liderazgo del Equipo: Dirigirás el equipo responsable de elaborar presentaciones para clientes, documentos para presentaciones y otros documentos similares.
  6. Creación de Contenido: Garantizarás que el equipo creativo crea contenidos teniendo en cuenta las especificidades del canal, una buena interfaz de usuario y la compatibilidad entre navegadores.
  7. Coordinación de Especificaciones: Comprenderás y coordinarás todas las especificaciones técnicas proporcionadas por las agencias de medios (y asegurarte de que el equipo también las comprende).
  8. Preparación de Elementos: Asegurarte de que todos los elementos, como archivos de referencia, activos de marca, fuentes, etc., han sido suministrados por el productor o el director antes de empezar a trabajar en un briefing.

Requisitos

  1. Experiencia Profesional: Acreditada experiencia profesional en agencias de primer nivel. Preferiblemente proveniente de Agencia de Marketing de Influencia.
  2. Conocimientos de Diseño y Dirección de Arte: Trabajar el diseño y la dirección de arte desde una visión necesariamente digital y omnicanal.
  3. Conocimientos de Branding: Conocimientos de branding.
  4. Conocimientos Técnicos: Conocimientos técnicos en producción gráfica, fotográfica y audiovisual.
  5. Empatía y Coordinación: Empatía para coordinar equipos y ser coordinado, facilitando el buen ambiente laboral.
  6. Talentos y Presencialidad: Buscamos talento y presencialidad, aunque estamos abiertos a valorar fórmulas intermedias.
