About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our team. As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will be instrumental in managing influencer campaigns and activations. You will work closely with our team, providing creative and strategic solutions to meet campaign briefs. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of social media trends and influencer marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Receive briefs and collaborate with our team to develop creative and strategic campaign proposals.
- Influencer Selection: Identify and select appropriate influencer profiles for campaigns, create content calendars, and ensure content quality and requirements are met.
- Performance Supervision: Monitor daily campaign performance, making necessary adjustments to optimize results.
- Event Support: Assist and support events and brand activations, ensuring proper coordination between influencers and the brand.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the booking and data teams to negotiate, identify trends, and generate post-campaign reports.
- Issue Resolution: Provide solutions for any issues that arise during campaign execution, maintaining a proactive and reactive approach.
- Results Analysis: Compile influencer results, draw conclusions, and identify opportunities for improvement, collaborating with the data team for additional social listening insights.
- Legal and Financial Coordination: Manage all legal and financial aspects related to assigned brands.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing or a related field.
- Skills: Strong social media knowledge, familiarity with influencer marketing trends, and proficiency in Excel.
- Attributes: Analytical mindset, creative thinking, ability to handle high workload, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge: Up-to-date with social media trends and the Spanish influencer landscape.
