This position is ideal for a strong PO with a knack for UX design, offering the opportunity to lead our product development efforts while ensuring an intuitive and engaging user experience.
Key Responsibilities- Product Vision and Roadmap: Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities in close collaboration with the development team and stakeholders.
- Competitor Analysis: Stay ahead of the market by keeping an eye on competitors and their offerings.
- User Research and Feedback: Conduct user research, usability studies, and analyze feedback to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Product Backlog Prioritization: Prioritize the product backlog ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- UX Design and Prototyping: Design and iterate on product interfaces, creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to improve user experience.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of new product features and improvements.
- Usability and Effectiveness: Measure and report on the usability and effectiveness of new features and make adjustments based on user feedback.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a SaaS environment, ideally within the retail or loyalty program space.
- UX Design Skills: Portfolio showcasing UX design skills, including wireframing, prototyping, and user research.
- Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
- Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or similar.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
