Job Summary

We are looking for a senior-level Elixir engineer with a strong background in software development and a passion for innovation. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving our codebase, developing new features, and collaborating with our team to drive technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and improve the codebase, ensuring all applications are running correctly
  • Develop and test new features, solving issues as they arise and performing due maintenance and upgrades
  • Review peer code and provide feedback to improve the quality of our software
  • Participate in technical discussions and contribute to the development of our technical documentation
  • Collaborate with our support team to resolve requests from the rest of the company in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in Elixir
  • Strong opinions and ability to build consensus among team members
  • Experience with test-driven development and automation
  • Ability to break down complex features into manageable sprints
  • Self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision
  • University degree in Computer Science (preferably a Master's) or equivalent
  • Fluent in English
